Service priced at $60.00 an hour with a $220 reservation. Upon arrival, the reservation deposit covers 3 hours of labor and insurance.

Beyond 3 hours, $60.00 will be charged for each additional hour.

Materials not included in price

Service priced at $70.00 an hour with a $640 reservation. Upon arrival, the reservation deposit covers 8 hours of labor and insurance.

Beyond 8 hours, $70.00 will be charged for each additional hour.

Typical services that fall within the 8 hour range:

Siding, bigger drywall repairs, deck builds, concrete step repair, concrete walk repair, larger surface power wash, backsplash and countertop installs, cabinet installation, wood restoration, floor resurfacing, multiple little projects

These repairs would all fall under this category. Pricing reflects more skills required, scope of the work will require more people, or possible rental equipment. Please be advised the time period will be estimated and we strive for the best quality result

Materials are not included in price

Basic package for a design problem you need solved. We are capable of making 3d-printed parts to get that exact fit and we can get a CAD file for any countertops that you may need. If you need a drawing designed to create plans that you would need approved to take out a non-load bearing wall, build a porch, or do any special work we can help you from design to construction
